What does water damage insurance cover?

- Colorants: Added to water, they allow for the visual detection of leaks through a visible colouring.
- Tracer gas: Uses a light gas (hydrogen) injected into the pipes, detected at the point where it escapes.
- Moisture meter: Measures the moisture in materials to detect areas affected by infiltrations.
- Hygrometer: Analyses the humidity level in the air or on surfaces to identify moisture problems.
- Smoke machine: Injects pressurised smoke into the pipes to locate leaks visible by the escape of smoke.
- Pressure gauge test: Checks the tightness of the circuits by measuring pressure variations in the pipes.

Once the leak is located, we provide a report and can direct you to qualified professionals for repairs or, if you wish, accompany you through this step.
